This position is for a related company established in USA to promote the sale of integration products and services to BFSI customers in North America.

Who are you?


You are a business enabler, who understands how IT services can help address the current needs of banking and financial services customers. You bring demonstrated experience in defining the value proposition to large and mid-sized Banks, Financial services companies and Insurance providers in the US region. Experience in providing offshore IT services to this sector will be an added advantage.


You will perform as an individual sales target owner and as a team leader.


You bring 15+ years of experience of selling to the BFSI industry, with deep knowledge of IT services sales to B2B. You have solid knowledge of and intimate relationships with the BFSI industry in North America.


What will you do?


Bring new BFSI customers and growth in the US region.

KPIs

1 – Take ownership of deal closure, from the first call onwards, by defining the value proposition to the customer

2 - Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals

3 – Farming closed deal and liaison with customer for one year after first deal closure (customer success function)


You will own the go-to-market for sales of IT services and our solutions to banks, financial services and Insurance companies in the US, working closely with an enterprise architect based in Tampa, Florida, who brings the technical IT knowledge to assist with deal closure.


To support you, the marketing, lead-generation, and our Centre of Excellence teams are based in India and the UK. You will have dedicated service providers from these larger offshore teams to serve your sales initiatives.


You will be engaged from the beginning in go/no go decisions. You will manage the deal mechanics from beginning to closure - quarterly revenue targets and the sales pipeline, leading the sales process from initial customer meeting through to proposal and contract closing.


Customer profiles would include.


· Mid-sized banks, financial services companies and Insurance providers

· Mergers and digital transformation directives

· Large projects which need expertise with installing or expanding the use of Apigee, MuleSoft, Oracle, WSO2, GCP, AWS, Azure Cloud migration.

· Enterprises looking for cloud migration, transformation and hybrid architecture models
