Project Manager, Implementation Delivery

The Project Manager, Implementation Delivery will facilitate and successfully deliver implementations of the Citeline Connect product suite. The Project Manager will support the product team on assigned projects from inception to completion, handling day to day project management activities. He/She will report to the Senior Director, Implementations. The Project Manager will work closely with the business development, technical and support teams providing direction on specific tasks that will enable project success.
The Project Manager will have a firm understanding of Citeline Connect’s suite of solutions which include a public facing website and a clinical trial recruitment platform.
Current Responsibilities

• Assists Director in meeting annual goals including book to bill targets
• Assist customer with current and future state business process definition
• Maintains a familiarity with IRB and EC approval requirements
• Monitor success of clinical trial recruitment projects post-implementation
• Serves as primary point of contact of delivery with assigned accounts
• Handles conflict resolution; escalates conflicts to director where appropriate
• Interact with Support team to ensure a smooth hypercare period and handover post implementation
• Provides frequent and routine updates on key account project status
• Collaborate with Technical and Product teams to ensure application meets customer needs
• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service during Implementation
• And other duties as assigned
• Schedules and runs project meetings and routine governance meetings
• Manage and deliver successful customer implementations
• Ensures that project teams follow Citeline Connect standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintains a familiarity with GCP guidelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within the CRO/Pharma space
• Bachelor's degree in the Health/Sciences arena
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent collaboration and presentation skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
