CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a healthcare claims review client that is seeking an Operations Manager for their team in North Dallas, TX. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the pre-pay claims procurement processes, maintaining provider and client relationships, and providing leadership to a team. Qualified candidates will have at lest an Associate's Degree with 5 years of related call center operations experience, a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, and ideally will have experience with Health Information Management (HIM), healthcare claims or billing, payment integrity, and/or utilization review. This is an exciting direct hire leadership job opportunity with a client that is growing their Dallas office and is looking for a strong manager!

Requirements for the Operations Manager:

• Associate's degree minimum
• Proven track record of creating processes and leading a team to meet quality metrics
• 5+ years of related call center operations experience - preferably in HIM management, healthcare claims management, utilization review, payment integrity or similar
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience

Compensation for the Operations Manager:

• Location: On-site in North Dallas
• Salary: up to $68K/year (based on experience) + eligible for annual bonus
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
