Job Description

SCI, the leader in real estate executive search, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join a growing owner/manager of Class A student housing properties located near over 25 colleges and universities across the United States.


The role will lead a team of Area VPs/Regional Managers in the management of a 15,000 bed portfolio of high-quality assets, with strong marketing, leasing and on-site support already in place.


The company is poised for continued growth through the backing of multiple institutional investment partners, and this opportunity offers a high ceiling within the organization for the right individual.


The position could also be based in Atlanta, GA.


Key Requirements:

  • Strong ability to build and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational & prioritization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience with student housing property management operations
  • Exceptional professional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change
  • 2 years’ experience leading a team
