Civil Estimator Jobs

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to office and project sites

Gleeds is an independent global Construction consultancy, specializing in Program and Project Management, Project Controls and Strategic Advisory. Due to our plans for growth in the US market, we have an opening for an Civil Estimator to support a variety of infrastructure and transit projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Can set benchmarks for themselves and others to meet project success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience in Civil Estimating working for a constructor on highway, transit or bridge construction projects
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work individually and in a group setting.
• Degree in Construction Management, Building Science or Engineering preferred
• Proven ability to take the lead on challenging projects and requires minimal to no direction to accomplish projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively execute problem solving skills.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and self-verification of work.

Other Requirements

Candidates must have current US work authorization to work for any US employer without needed sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
