Inspector/Estimator Jobs

Ideal candidate is an experienced field adjuster with Xactimate experience that can go out to customers homes and take file required photos of risk verification, elevations, roof structure, attic if necessary and interior damages and any out building damages.
Adjuster will be expected to handle at least 5-10 inspections and estimates per week.
Contents inventory is not required but any damage to contents seen on site is expected to be documented by carriers.
Inspector/estimator is familiar with or able to be trained on Xactimate mobile or Core logic mobile apps. If not, can efficiently and effectively take scope photos and load in estimates software and meet client requirements of 48 hours then around from inspection date.
Inspector/estimator will be paid once estimate is reviewed and approved by reviewer. Additional incentives will be paid at regular intervals based on estimators timely delivery of estimates within program guidelines that maintain contractor POM ratings.
