Trade 31 builds complex projects quickly and accurately. We achieve this through accelerated, risk averse, custom engineered solutions that breathe life into our client’s dreams. In your role of Estimator, you will develop estimates to ensure our work is able to be performed to our quality, safety, production and profitability standards. You work hand in hand with the Trade 31 project management team.

Job Knowledge

• Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable.

• Execute all responsibilities related to the estimation, procurement, and startup of a project.

• Review project bulletin boards to find projects aligned with the needs and goals of the company.

• Establish and maintain estimating templates/software databases to ensure efficient, consistent, and accurate bids.

Work Product

• Work according to set standards and produce quality outcomes.

• Create and maintain a database of production histories for use on future projects.

• Attend pre-bid and preconstruction meetings as required.

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs, creation of estimates, and formalizing of proposals for assigned projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or 10+ years of related construction experience

• 4-6 years of direct experience preferred

• OSHA 30

• Ability to work according to our Blueprint for our Culture.
