Chief Technology Officer Jobs

Job Summary

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer will develop and lead the Company’s technology roadmap including, but not limited to, all digital strategies, ERP software, CRM software, content database platforms, product application platforms, data integration, corporate web development, infrastructure and end-user application solutions.

The Chief Technology Officer will be a catalyst to transform and evolve technology solutions, bringing new products and services to market and will lead the network infrastructure, hardware and management systems teams.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor analytics and make recommendations that align to business goals
• Oversee the planning and management of information and communication systems and manages company-wide upgrades. Provide leadership role in major system projects.
• Develop strategic plans, identify opportunities and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services
• Serve as critical change agent aligning perspective and attitudes by establishing trust relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure technology standards and best practices are met
• Manage a team responsible for enterprise web development, system integration, database support, datacenter, application management, multi-tiered end user support, information security, telecommunications, networks, servers and storage
• In partnership with leadership, prioritize objectives, creating short and long-term synergies where possible by designing, managing, and implementing technology roadmaps, including both emerging and legacy systems, that support strategic objectives
• Establish technology standards and communicate technical information to the organization
• Constantly evaluate current technology solutions, identifying opportunities to develop enhanced infrastructure and product delivery services
• Collaborate with department heads, marketing, production, and operations as advisor of all technologies involved with company
• Drive strategy, evaluate and execute technology initiatives to support business growth and transformation
• Maintain network of associates collaborating within the industry and general business community to provide perspective to technology challenges, identify technology trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance products and performance

The Individual

• Well versed in all aspects of software, hardware, networking, and cloud-based solutions with the ability to prioritize, drive change, and ensure delivery of solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to provide excellent leadership and management in strategic planning, functional transformation, change, budget, and resource allocation.
• Extraordinary collaboration skills and the ability to influence across multiple senior-level stakeholders, and internal and external resources.
• Transformative, passionate, strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify and deliver innovative technical solutions, work with a range of stakeholders to identify organizational needs and support a customer service focused technology team.
• Ability to inspire stakeholders by establishing strong trust relationships, credibility, and rapport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Project or a similar degree
• Minimum of 10 years of senior-level technology leadership in a diverse multi-product organization, preferably in mixed media, e-commerce, training, technology delivery or a similar industry
