Chief Product Officer Jobs

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Chief Product Officer will report to the CEO and serve as part of the founding team.You will work closely with both the CEO and CTO to help launch and create a company vision for the ideation process that will guide The Innovation Studio.You will also work with portfolio company CEOs to bring the company vision to fruition through the product by aligning business goals with consumer needs and market demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll do

Build the studio

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent at the Studio and portfolio company level.
• Develop a vision for the ideation process that will guide The Innovation Studio
• Create a strategy including optimal processes and roadmaps to identify winning ideas, turn them into companies, then scale those companies to exit.

Build startups

• Play a critical role in brainstorming and vetting new ideas to build.
• Work with the portfolio company CEOs to create a product vision statement that acts as a guide for all the teams involved in product development.
• Inspire marketing plans and promotions.Dive deep into market, customer, and product data to establish consumer metrics and KPIs, which are essential to gauge feedback and product performance for continuous improvement.
• Be hands-on with the building of MVP prototypes.

• Early-stage product experience building from zero to one
• Experience building and leading teams
• Start-up experience
• 7+ years of broad product development experience
