Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating technical teams.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with various programming languages, software development methodologies, and cloud-based technologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulations.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities.

that simplify financial processes for businesses and individuals alike. As they begin this journey, they are looking for a highly driven and hands-on CTO to join the founding team, lead the
development of the original software system, and spearhead the company's technological vision and growth.
As the CTO of Client you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and overseeing the deployment of the original software system, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and user experience.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, industry leaders, and relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the fintech space.
• Developing and implementing the company's overall technical vision and strategy, in line with our client's business goals and objectives.
• Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the success of the company and a willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve the vision, including recruiting additional team members as needed.
• Building and leading a high-performing technical team, including recruiting, mentoring, and providing guidance to engineers, developers, and other technology professionals.
• Collaborating with the founding team to set company priorities, identify growth opportunities, and assess potential risks.
