Chief Financial Officer Jobs

Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join an rapidly growing company with a corporate office in Oak Brook, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience with mergers, acquisitions, due diligence….etc. The position will be part of the company’s leadership team and will be active in the daily operations including analyzing company financial performance. Emphasis will be placed on acquisition due diligence and completion, integration, and associated capital raising. Currently a Senior or Supervisor in a Transaction Advisory group or a Controller with a venture capital corporation? Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly financial close and financial statement preparation

• Participate in the due diligence process of targeted acquisition opportunities

• Provide solid financial reporting while strengthening processes and procedures

• Ensure the monthly close is completed timely and accurately

Requirements

• 10+ years of increasing level of responsibilities.

• Experience in a transaction advisory division of a CPA Firm or corporate accounting experience with a Private Equity organization or equivalent work experience

• Ability to solve complex issues and provide quality judgments and decision-making.

• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP software systems

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance related field required.

• Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside of traditional lines of credit.
