What we are looking for:

The Chief of Staff will be a key member of DoseSpot’s Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly into the CEO. It is a high-visibility role, suited to an individual on a steep growth trajectory who wants to build a career as a well-rounded executive leader. It is designed as a fast-paced role for someone who is comfortable juggling competing priorities and working well under pressure. We are building something special at DoseSpot, and the Chief of Staff will be in a unique position to shape the company and its culture.


What you’ll do:

  • Executive Leadership: Assist DoseSpot’s Executive team by preparing agendas, taking notes, and assigning action items during weekly Executive Leadership meetings and monthly offsites
  • Accountability: Manage DoseSpot’s “Operating System,” including annual planning, quarterly objectives, and weekly KPIs
  • M&A: Drive key workstreams associated with deal execution and post-merger integration activities
  • Presentations and Communications: Build high-quality meeting materials for board meetings, company all-hands meetings, customer meetings, and partner meetings
  • Special Projects: Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and broader executive team to drive special projects that accelerate DoseSpot’s profitable growth and value creation
  • Investor Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors and broader PSG Equity team on opportunities to improve and scale DoseSpot


Requirements:

Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive workstreams
  • Proven experience partnering with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) of varying levels of seniority
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Travel <20%
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred; or equivalent experience with a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years at a top tier investment bank, management consultancy, private equity firm, or fast-paced technology company
