5+ years of experience in a senior management role in produce industry or FMCG/Food service sectors or online-based service companies

5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or inventory management experience

Drafts, explains, and implements instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.

Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for products and acceptable substitutions.

Able to perform the duties of Category Manager

Participate in the development of strategy for the overall capital program and in the development of Authority-wide procedures.

Accountable for compliance with design and construction contracts

Proven track record of leading data-driven initiatives, preferably as a Chief Data Officer or in a similar executive role.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align data initiatives with business goals.

Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the entrepreneurship space.

- Prior experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation is highly beneficial

Define, track, and continuously enhance key quality metrics, performance indicators, and benchmarks throughout the organization.

Provide strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams, instilling a quality-driven ethos and cultivating a sense of accountability at all levels.

Budget and proposal review skills as well as management.

Provide day-to-day program management support and provide effective coordination to project implementing partners on the ground.

Other duties as assigned by the program management team.

Prior experience in USAID civil society and media-focused projects, especially in closed civic spaces, and knowledge of USAID rules and regulations.

Mentor and coach implementing partners' project team including managers and technical staff.

5-8 years professional work experience in civil society, media, and human rights.
