Cashier-Receptionist Jobs

Town Toyota is seeking a highly professional and efficient receptionist/cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and processing payments. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Process payments and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
• Welcome customers upon arrival, answer their queries and guide them through the process
• Operate computer, phone system, scanners, and other electronics to perform job duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the smooth operation of the facility
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash balance at the end of each shift
• Direct customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and amicable manner

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and database software
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling cash and operating electronic equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role
