Receptionist Jobs

Hello! I am seeking to grow my team and expand services to my patients through hiring an excellent receptionist. The position is currently a part-time remote position (9-10 hours/ week), with the opportunity to expand into an in-person position as the clinic grows.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, and handles patient phone calls with a polite and well-spoken manner. The ideal candidate can also speak confidently about pricing and services offered with prospective customers. A strong interest in natural medicine is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients
• Act as first point of contact for patients
• Answer and return phone calls
• Receive payment from patients after their visit
• Prepare paperwork, send faxes
• Follow up and retain current patients

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
