About the Role
As a Call Center Manager, you will manage team to deliver SLA's while building team engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Managing revenue optimization and reduction of penalties.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting external/internal data and creating reports.
  • Delivering quality, productivity, and compliant KPI reports.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and deploying action plans.
  • Understanding and supporting P&L owner as well as other finance related processes like budget and actuals.
  • Coaching team members for continuous development.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in: MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Possess ability to work in a high-volume setting.
  • Show ability to adapt to tight timelines and changing priorities.
  • Able to communicate with client and direct reports.
  • Be able to use developed communication and time management skills.
  • Show understanding of business processes and development.
  • Have 2 years of experience working in a management role.
