• Previous customer service and/or call center experience

• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency

• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification
• Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding
• Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour in training and $16.00 per hour in production.
