Job Description

Our company supports real asset syndicators and content creators. Our teams free up these busy entrepreneurs so they can spend their energy and focus on building strategic relationships, generating leads, creating content, closing sales, and raising funds.

The successful Business Unit Leader (BUL)/Fractional Integrator (FI) builds long-standing, key relationships with busy entrepreneurs. The BUL/FI is a key player in how we support our clients as they source real asset deals and gather investors to raise capital. Building and nourishing relationships with our clients while helping them manage deals and strategize their businesses to scale is top priority. This role also owns the leadership and development of an internal cross-functional team while ensuring the entire business structure collaborates effectively and meets goals according to an overarching timeline and budget. This leader must consistently provide solid communication channels while faithfully executing our business plan. The BUL/FI will delegate production, marketing and sales, and administrative tasks to core teams while maintaining the OTS standard of excellence.


Compensation:

$42 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships with transparency, trust, solid communication, and attention to detail
  • Translate 90-day priorities into monthly, weekly, and daily actionable tasks
  • Oversee marketing strategies for social media, content, and CTAs(call-to-action) while partnering with the Marketing team to drive brand awareness and growth that aligns with each client’s investment goals
  • Partner with our external clients to strategize, grow, scale, and support their business
  • Manage team expectations and discern team wellness, collaboration, and functionality
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager, internal teams, and 3rd Party Vendors to delegate and ensure high-quality execution of evolving tasks and priorities
  • Strategize with Investor Relations team to develop and maintain trusted communication between Brands and their investors
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by OTS and its clients
  • Analyze internal and external operations to identify areas of process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and operations metrics
  • Solid understanding of real asset syndication and capital raising
  • Familiarity with acting as a billable contributor and retainer model relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Innate ability to connect with visionaries through clear and concise communication while implementing EOS(Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles
  • Expertise in managing budgets, financial targets, and business unit P&L
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Start-up experience (Grit, tenacity, adaptability)
  • Experience working with G-Suite, CRMs (Keap), and generally tech-savvy
  • Proven experience as a BUL or relevant role (General Manager, Account Manager, Business Coach, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building
