Business Systems Analyst - Metrics & Reporting

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience
• Strong Excel, SQL, and analytical skills
• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience

What is the work?
Analytics / Reporting & Documentation / Testing:

• Applies a high-level understanding of each product's system architecture and the technologies used to move / modify data in them (e.g., queues / messaging services, webservices, APIs, databases)
• Contributes to refinement of SDLC-related tools, standards, and training
• Uses data to help drive decisions
• Develops test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional system requirements
• Executes / facilitates execution of test scripts based on test cases
• Influences end-to-end quality strategy for a product or group of closely aligned product(s)
• Assists Product Management and business stakeholders in understanding impacts of requests on the project, associated applications, and other business units
• Identifies / documents functional and non-functional requirements
• Refines requirements (user stories) so they are readily consumable by software Engineers

What is your background?

• Experience supporting retail, supply chain, ecommerce, or digital marketing operations a plus
• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 3+ years of experience

• Working knowledge of SQL, and how to build queries independently
