Data Reporting Analyst Jobs

Akkodis is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst for a contract position with a client located in Denton, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Oracle cloud platform and reporting tools.

Pay Rate Range: $65-70/hr. on w2

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Collaborate with departments, business leaders, and SMEs to identify and assess functional and technical requirements necessary to create reports and dashboards.
• Assist with data management tasks such as data cleanup and identifying the root cause of data quality issues
• Assist business functional areas with report definitions, visualization, reporting, and dashboard development
• Translate business inquiries and questions into concrete analytical tasks, gathering data to support hypotheses, and collating and organizing data from multiple sources
• Work with business analysts, data owners, and system owners to identify and locate relevant data assets required for reporting and analytics

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Experience creating analyses, reports, and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow
• Experience with Oracle ERP and HCM Subject Areas for business intelligence
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Excel, and other ETL tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to various audiences
