Responsibilities

® Provide support to the IT telecommunications team and user service teams to keep the mobile connectivity service stabilized and ensure smooth operations. This includes attending regular workshops and alignment meetings and following up on action points.

® Ensure maintenance of the Service Now based Telecom and Asset management system for gaining transparency for landline and wireless inventory and costs (Clean up).

® Aligning with all service stakeholders (IT, Business, Finance, HR, Facilities) and carriers to identify active and inactive components and follow up on cost savings.

® Assuring data accuracy in TEM by monitoring the match of foundation data sources with billing data being loaded from carriers.

® Innovate on automation. Find solutions via TEM workflows to improve daily operations in looking for lean processes, simplicity and reduced manual efforts. Carry out investigations if carrier APIs do facilitate state of the art digital process management.

® Keep track with mobile carriers to benefit from all latest features and services. Ensure to permanently optimize the mobile fleet with all available tariff plans and roaming options and align this with the local user support.

® Feed the user community with all news via intranet or any available communication streams. Inform about self-services or operational basics.

® Provide sufficient documentation of all relevant processes and workflow designs

® Ensure compliance with IT and Finance standards

® Capture and Manage new demand requests from key business stake holders

Required

• **Must be exceptional in Excel
• Good numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance ideal
• Telecom Expense Management or Service Now skills are of big advantage
• Very good communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business
• Experience with U.S. based telco vendors and their operational background
• Understanding of basic IT, such as land lines vs. mobile phones, etc.
• Cell phones terminology
• Strong Excel Skills and basic SAP skills
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures

Nice to have:

• Previous work with vendor billing
• Finance background
• Understanding of numbers
