Manager, Public Quality Metrics

The Manager of Public Quality Metrics supports the functions of UF Health Shands Quality Center in relation to publicly reported metrics by ensuring that the organization is informed of regulatory, payer and proprietary reporting requirements/metrics; collecting and submiting the data, as required, in a timely manner; and remaining apprised of the impact of performance data.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Demonstrate project management skills leading a team to achieve objectives.
• Must have knowledge of regulatory, payer and proprietary organizations that collect and publish quality performance data.
• Two years of relevant experience submitting, analyzing and interpreting quality data desired.
• Master's degree in a health-related field required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Must be adept at using analytic and survey software.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required):

• Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."
