General Description:

The Health and Safety (H&S) department contributes to the success of the company by ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing a proactive approach toward worker safety across multiple locations. The H&S Data Analyst will support the company goal to develop and implement H&S management processes and drive continuous improvement across all business lines.

Main accountabilities:

• Develop and manage workflows to collect, analyze, and maintain HSE data
• Assist with H&S related Corrective and Preventative Action requests and provide support to maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Track H&S applications and safety audits and identify data collection and reporting efficiencies
• Assist with the delivery of H&S programs, including those designed to meet OSHA, State, Federal, and requirements.
• Responsible for providing accurate data gathering, reporting, and delivery of safety corporate reports.
• Additional duties as required.
• Assist in maintaining PowerBi dashboards including Safety Scorecards
• Perform at a face pace, with self-motivation and strong initiative.

Minimum qualifications:

• Strong analytical Problem Solving, Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise.
• Understanding of SQL, PowerBi and Microsoft products and/or complementing products
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, environmental health and safety management, engineering a related field
