P osition
The primary function of the Business Relationship Manager is to support and drive the growth of VikingCloud business in the Level 4 space by managing client engagement for our business and overall customer satisfaction as it relates to our clients.
The Business Relationship Manager is a highly visible position with the ability to have a direct impact on the company’s continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
  • Track and manage all open action items ensuring to keep client updated on progress associated with each item on a regular basis.
  • Travel as needed for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
  • Managing the BRM engagement cycle and processes to maintain and grow the customer base.
  • Manage complex multi-tier customer relationship.
  • Compile information and data related to customer interactions and provide regular updates to Senior Leadership Team.
  • Help to define and refine support processes that drive desired customer outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all customer interaction and be an advocate for clients internally.
  • Provide detailed and accurate merchant volume forecasting.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Manage all client change requests through the delivery process from initial estimating through to deployment.
  • Maintain customer, industry, and related contacts to anticipate developments and trends in concepts, programs and other areas.
  • Leverage their customer relationship to advance sales opportunities and support processes that build long-term business relationships through VikingCloud’s products and solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Manage relationship with assigned customers, act as primary contact for all assigned customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related business or technology field (payments/cyber security/PCI DSS experience an advantage)
OR
  • Project Management/Business Relationship Management qualification (BRMP).
  • Payments/cyber security/PCI DSS experience an advantage.
