This individual will be responsible for:

Manage relationship with assigned customers, act as primary contact for all assigned customer needs.

Manage all client change requests through the delivery process from initial estimating through to deployment.

Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage complex multi-tier customer relationship.

Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

8+ years of previous supervisory/management experience as a leader in the IT PMO

Participates and/or may lead project management process improvement and best practice assignments

Proven ability to develop and summarize clear messages into executive communications and presentations, using sophisticated PowerPoint skills

Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem analysis capabilities

Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects

Hands-on operational experience in a high-volume and critical production service environment

Operate the scale for inbound and outbound agronomy products to issue scale tickets, if applicable to location.

Greet all customers promptly and courteously

Ability to complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.

Maintain safe and clean working environment.

Project Management certification is a plus

Works closely with departments and portfolio management on intake and demand management

Partners with business case owner and portfolio management on external project resource needs

Provides direct leadership and performance management for the Foundation team of Technical Product Managers, Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst

Provides indirect leadership for technical resources including project management, engineering, technology operations and technology organizational change management

Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance preferred

In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to manage client concerns

Expert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience and possess the aptitude to learn new programs

15 years minimum professional experience

10-15 years of experience solving complex, enterprise-wide problems

BPM Certification from the BPM Institute or BRM Certification from the BRM Institute is a plus

Experience in development of client facing marketing materials and communications, project management, and event planning
