Job Description
The Informatics Consultant role is responsible for managing MTS Omni Tool which is Sales/ Lead management, workflow management and campaign management tool. It is critical to the MyOptions program where we help active commercial members who are eligible for Medicare transition into Medicare plans while continuing to work. This role will assist management by capturing and developing the requirements, stability of the tool, research and resolution of any reported defects and assist in analyzing data and reporting. Person will also be responsible for developing the training and support materials. The Informatics Consultant develops project plans, establishes deadlines, monitors milestone completion, tracks issues, risks and dependencies, provides timely reporting of issues that impact progress and resolves conflicts. This includes the documentation and prioritization of assignments across a project team.

This role requires strong collaboration skills to work cross functionally with our internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Sales, along with others.

This candidate will be responsible for gathering and communicating complex business requirements in a simple and easy to understand manner to various stakeholders including technical, business, testing and leadership teams.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with data reconciliation processes and documenting business workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience in performing gap analysis and communicating with business and technical teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with Word, PowerPoint, Project, MS Excel, Visio.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and plan for prioritizing workload within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment by effectively working with others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Safe Agile methodology.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
