Must Haves:
8+ years of LEAN performance improvement in performance or process improvement (LEAN methodology)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Six Sigma certification
Experience managing large data sets
Experience developing success metrics or KPIs
Experience working with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Power Query, or a related tool

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to work onsite for a large dentist client in Irvine, CA. This person is responsible for performing reviews and auditing of financial system integrations, processes and workflows collaborating with the business transformation team on any project initiatives. You will use data to structure projects around the highest and fastest value realization opportunities. This person will be responsible for developing success metrics to track project success and will provide LEAN expertise during root cause identification, design and implementation. This individual will play a critical role in enabling the Finance organization to prioritize, deliver, and sustain enterprise-wide initiatives. At first, this role will be primarily surround creating process improvements and ongoing maintenance within the CASH team, then will focus to other areas within the accounting department. This role will assist the executive team in prioritizing highest-value enterprise initiatives, challenge current enterprise practices, and ensure strategic alignment between projects, executive vision, and company mission. The individual will also develop a communication plan and strategy that highlights potential causes of errors, the solution design and conduct training on development of team members to mitigate future errors.
