o Structure ambiguous problems and take actions to solve them.

o Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

o Experience in Enterprise Value Chain Mapping, SOP Designing, Process re-engineering using Lean Six-sigma frameworks, Performance Management System Design.

o Strong ability to gather, analyze and present quantitative/qualitative data. o Comfortable developing business models, business requirements and needs, business case analysis.

o Has extensive experience in utilizing road mapping, business modelling, business process reengineering, project management frameworks and tech tools.

o Can utilize financial measures and analysis of operational impacts to evaluate cost-benefit of current processes and identification of areas of improvement. o Hands-on Consulting/ Program Management Project Delivery experience in Utilities Domain (Energy generation, distribution, supply preferred).

o Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

o Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise during the engagement.

o Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. Provide clear directions, delegate tasks, and promote effective communication among team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Post-graduation MBA with specializations like Operations, Business Analytics, Tech Management etc.

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar consulting role.

• In-depth knowledge of business processes, operations, and management principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence software, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand various industries and market dynamics.

• Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in business consulting.
