The role
At SoFi, you’ll become part of a new kind of finance company whose ambition is to help our members achieve financial independence and reach their goals. We aim to be at the center of our members’ financial lives, and to help every member get their money right. SoFi has achieved significant growth, with ambitious plans ahead, but to continue this growth we need great talent. And that starts with you.

We’re seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to join SoFi’s Member Business Unit. The Member Group Business Unit is responsible for putting the SoFi Member, or customer, at the center of everything we do in pursuit of fulfilling our mission of helping Members “get their money right.”
In this role you will be a trusted partner for the leadership team focusing on execution of high-impact strategic projects, data analysis and insights that will drive our business, and developing efficient processes.
