About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Analyst to execute high priority initiatives that advance the goals of our fast-growing clinical operations team.
Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, this position will tackle a wide range of responsibilities across the spectrum of strategy and operations, and will include management of projects and strategic execution to improve operations, implement new processes, and creation of dashboarding and data analytics.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is known by their peers to move mountains and make progress, no matter the circumstances. They are excited by the ambiguity and opportunity of building an amazing company and team, invigorated by change and are eager to learn and take on unfamiliar responsibilities and do whatever it takes to help us win.
We're open to a variety of backgrounds, but you will be an excellent candidate if you started your career in strategy consulting or worked on business operations at a high growth startup, especially in healthcare.
Your Responsibilities

• Build strategic assessments that dictate how we approach our next phases of growth
• Partner with leaders on the Operations team to drive improvements that impact customer growth, revenue, and cost effectiveness
• Leverage data to drive make better decision-making through analytics and dashboarding
• Perform strategic evaluation of new opportunities outside our existing business line
• Guide the implementation of a tech stack (like a CRM or ERP) to improve operational efficiency

Requirements
Qualifications and background we’d like to see
Must Haves

• Demonstrated ability to design, lead and execute projects with minimal oversight
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in G Suite and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations or consulting
• BA/BS
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare domain knowledge
• Preference will be given to candidates in New York City and Tulsa
• Management consulting or early-stage startup experience
