Summary :

Your challenges ?

• As a Business Manager at TMC, your primary objective will be to drive the acquisition of engineering projects within the leading hi-tech industries in the United States. Leveraging your expertise in business development and your in-depth understanding of the hi-tech landscape, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects, establishing long-term customer relationships, and promoting our consultancy services.

Business Development :

• Management and development of your entity
• Negotiation and contractualization of won projects
• Development and retention of your customers
• Definition of your commercial strategy and its implementation

Recruitment :

• Identification and recruitment of future employees who will join your team.

People Management :

• Management of your team of consultants (career management, follow-up and coaching).

Financial Management :

• Administering your profit center autonomously

To ensure your success and facilitate your start-up, you will also participate in a training session at our head office in the Netherlands.

What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

• You are familiar with the US market, its economic environment, its actors and the principals
• You speak fluent English (any additional language would be an asset)
• You have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience within a consulting company or a recruitment agency
• You have a bachelor’s degree (university, business school or engineering school)
• You have a strong appetite for prospecting and business development (cold-calling, warm-calling ...)

• You have shown ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into successful projects.
• You demonstrate exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills to engage and influence key stakeholders.
• You are open-minded and dynamic; you are a go-getter, and you have a sense of challenge
• You have a strong appetite for prospecting and business development (cold-calling, warm-calling,...)
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
