Overview A Business Journey Manager is responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact to purchase and beyond. They are responsible for creating a seamless customer experience that is tailored to the customer’s needs and preferences. Detailed Job Description The Business Journey Manager is responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact to purchase and beyond. This includes developing customer-centric strategies, creating customer-focused processes, and managing customer relationships. The Business Journey Manager will work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, customer service, and product development to ensure that the customer experience is optimized. The Business Journey Manager will also be responsible for tracking customer feedback and analyzing customer data to identify areas of improvement.
