- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business travel revenue and achieve sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the hotel and promote business travel sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, hospitality, or related field
