Job Details


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Hotel Business Travel Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, business travel sales, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and building relationships with clients. If you are passionate about sales, hospitality, and travel, then we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business travel revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the hotel and promote business travel sales


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, hospitality, or related field
