Business Management Manager
The Business Management Manager supervises a team of experienced professionals that is responsible for providing strategic support for the assigned business area. As a team leader, this job oversees the execution of strategic business management consulting and is the central point of contact for the leaders in the execution of business management tasks. This job is responsible for setting goals and objectives for team members for the achievement of strategic business management consulting operational results.
Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.
• Implements process improvements in assigned business area.
• Acts as a day-to-day technical/functional expert in assigned area and makes decisions on tactical issues that impact the business.
• Supports business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items.
• Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics.
• Influences the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones.
• Maintains and supports implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Physical Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

• Experience supporting team building and team development activities preferred
• Prior experience supporting Analytics & Data Science teams

Base Pay Range: $113,200/yr. - $188,600/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
