As Product Manager on Mailchimp’s Core Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and shaping the Marketing Analytics & Insights roadmap in partnership with your peers. This includes identifying customer problems, creating short and long term roadmaps and consistently assessing business impact. You will provide thought leadership and direction that drives towards our company goals and strategy and does so in collaboration with engineering, design, research, analytics and marketing.

Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Atlanta and Brooklyn offices two or more days per week.


What you'll bring

  • Has experience delivering on business objectives and has a gut instinct for what will drive outcomes against the squad’s KPIs.
  • Solicits ideas and perspectives from the team; structures activities; holds members accountable. Gives specific positive and negative behavioral feedback to support the development of others
  • Work collaboratively with Product Marketing and Support to define release marketing reach, effort and support impact
  • Willing to step in and take charge when required to do so. Able to drive cross-functional workshops and constructive debates to deliver outcomes.
  • Develops, builds, prioritizes and manages a product roadmap across a squad; executes and influences dependent squads. Holds a high bar for release quality and proactively manages investment in bug fixes. Creates a compelling vision based on customer research for a feature 1-2 quarters out.
  • Drives product decisions by generating hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting the resulting metrics.
  • Connects customer problems to business outcomes; validates and assesses customer expectations and perceptions
  • Partners with design to create ideal states. Confident in driving customer research. Iterates through conceptual design and detailed requirements. Sees constraints as liberating - pushes for creative invention.

How you will lead

  • Ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable format
  • Experience delivering (ideating, workshopping, roadmapping, prioritizing, writing requirements) consumer based online or software as a service (SaaS) experiences in a SCRUM / Agile environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Highly skilled at socializing business opportunity at all levels of the organization through both written presentation and compelling storytelling
  • Ability to build relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across immediate working groups
  • Strong familiarity with web technologies (coding experience not required)
  • Understanding of how to read data to analyze the performance of digital features. Able to build dashboards that enable teams to find the right data and insights.
  • Plus: Experience shipping BI and analytics tools; SQL and Database knowledge
  • Be capable of and comfortable with working closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategy
