Job Description

We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. Here is a peek into how it works

What you’ll do:


  • Create dashboards for internal stakeholders focusing on performance;
  • Support front-line research to support new product development initiatives;
  • Create pitch collateral, presentations, dashboards and reports to Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding teams;
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiency post-sales process;
  • Assist in developing and supporting customer-facing customized analytics dashboards;
  • Standardize elements of the sales process while leaving space for a personalized touch;
  • Procure, analyze and visualize data to use in customer presentations;
  • Own strategic projects, including building MVPs and calculating unit economics;
  • Operate cross-functionally, strategizing with traditional sales teams to maximize conversion;


What we’re looking for:


  • Technical fundamentals in: SQL (required), Excel (required), Google Cloud, Big Data Analytics, Scripting (Python, JavaScript or similars);
  • Exceptional organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Solid project & stakeholder management;
  • Ability to build, construct & structure aesthetic presentations.

This role is based in Los Angeles and it’s an in office position (5x/week in person). We believe that people do their best work when they are together and being together is the best way to rebuild culture (specially after pandemics). As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
