Business Development Specialist Jobs

BeaconFire is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join a rapidly growing company. We have an experienced leadership team that will provide leadership and guidance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Expand the company client base through cold calling, emailing, and following up on warm leads
• Attending business meetings with new and existing clients
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing clients
• Sourcing candidates from social media, recruitment websites and our own internal database
• Developing relationships with small and large businesses
• Working closely with colleagues, in order to achieve the best result for the candidate/client

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in US IT Staffing Industry
• Good understanding of IT Business, Sales, and Recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closings
