The Role:

Pay and Schedule:


  • A refreshing work-life balance with a three-day work week and four days off. We are seeking someone for our Paramus location on the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday team.
  • A salaried entry-level role with plenty of room for financial growth. Extra hours and coverage options available. Benefit of optional overtime opportunities (40+ hours) at a boosted rate of $25.50 per hour.
  • Hourly Pay: $17 or an annual package of $35,360.

Your Role as Client Care Specialist:


  • Maintain a clean, well-organized front desk and support our Doctors of Physical Therapy in providing expert care.
  • Show your drive for personal growth by leading the administrative tasks for your team.
  • Oversee the patient journey from intake to discharge, advocating for patient care and bridging the gap between the patient and their medical insurance benefits.
  • Display your professional, positive charm both over the phone and in person.
  • Manage patient relationships, be attentive to their needs, manage scheduling, and develop your multitasking abilities.
  • Dive deep into medical billing, insurance verifications, and authorizations, always ready to go the extra mile to find a solution.
  • If you're extroverted, friendly, and a clear communicator, you will be a valued team member.
