Job Description

The West Ventura County Business Alliance, the premiere advocacy organization serving the business communities of Camarillo and Oxnard, has an opening for a motivated and passionate Business Development Manager. This is a salary plus commission position with generous earning potential. We are looking to hire immediately, so don’t delay submitting your resume.


The WVCBA is the result of the Camarillo and Oxnard Chambers of Commerce uniting in 2021. Together, those organizations have more than 150 years of service to their communities. We offer a competitive benefit package, including 100% employer-paid health insurance.


The Business Development Manager will find a lot of variety in their days. In the office or in the field, you will meet the region’s most influential business leaders, along with many of our local elected officials.


The WVCBA utilizes a structured sales tracking system, which is proven to result in a high rate of prospect closures to yield more commission income.
