Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group

Work with Account Management to provide real time analysis for auction campaigns; influence incremental spend through data driven upsell recommendations

3+ years experience in quantitative analysis and research

Proficiency in sql and good working knowledge in python/R for analysis and data visualization

Experience in performing analysis on big data sets and coming up with actionable insights

Use data and logic to impact client and business success by providing analysis, insights, reports and actionable recommendations

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making processes based on data-driven insights.

Database Management: Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of databases, data warehouses, and other data-related infrastructure.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and automation, streamlining workflows to enhance overall efficiency.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

Degree educated or equivalent experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Directly support the incoming and outgoing data process including the monitoring and validation of real-time and batch data collection.

Monitor processes and incident reports and directly support the team with problem analysis, intervention, or remediation.

Support GMQG client queries, to ensure response quality and response service levels are achieved.

Experience working with educational technology

A valid New York State Teacher Certification
