Video Security & Access Control (VS&AC) IT Team is looking for an IT Business Analyst to manage a roadmap and execute IT priorities for our Envysion brand. In this role, you will partner with leaders across business functions to enhance & optimize Envysion’s IT capabilities related to Lead to Cash, subscription and customer support services. You will collaborate within IT and business stakeholders to align on what can be delivered, how and by when. You will rally with your peers around operational efficiency and customer value. You will regularly assess our ability to fulfill commitments, find opportunities and address risks. You must be prepared to manage continuously evolving priorities to make sure the team delivers high value, in line with mutually agreed parameters
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Ensure stakeholders and business partners generate experiences that delight customers and partners as Envysion’s IT capabilities related to lead to cash, subscription & customer support services are built, enhanced and transformed.
Maintain alignment with several stakeholders including customer service management, product development, business operations, and business clients.
Maintain up-to-date user guides and Process Documentation & create to-be process flows for new initiatives. Address how-to queries
Identify business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.
Collaborate with business to develop detailed requirements & acceptance criteria; develop, manage User stories to deliver appropriate IT capabilities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to communicate findings and help implement changes.
Partner with Business stakeholders for adoption of IT capabilities
Preferred Experience and Skills:
3- 6 years of IT Business Analysis applications or similar related experience
Proven ability to maintain high quality documentation, present technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences
Prior experience as a IT Product Owner or IT Business Analyst or a similar experience for IT Business System(s) within medium to large sized organizations
Knowledge and experience working with one or more process areas related to CRM, CPQ, ERP, Subscription Management and other lead to cash systems
Proven problem solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues in an environment of rapid change positively and professionally; ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, and resolve conflicts
Excellent communications and listening skills
Ability to build relationships based on trust, transparency, and by delivering on commitments.
Passion for world class customer experiences
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance and effectively prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
3+ years of working with cross functional teams
Business Analyst Certification is an added plus
Experience with User Journey Mapping an added plus
Experience as a scrum master or project manager is an added plus
This role can be remote anywhere in the US.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT Business experience
