Business Analyst Need (Healthcare / Payer Experience)

• *Must have Healthcare experience
• *Must have provider health plan experience or Health payer experience

Support development of Provider focused projects including Provider Directory, Provider Data Management, and Value Based Care projects aimed at better aggregating provider data.

Develop requirements (BRD)

Work with multiple stakeholders to identify provider focused requirements (examples would be user experience, user quality, provider requirements for value based care tools, etc…)

Collaborate with internal IT Teams to review requirements, answer questions, and resolve any open issues

Create data flows as needed per project

Create and update business requirements matrix documentation

Help create and define best practices for ePMO

Required skills:

Experience documenting business requirements for provider focused projects at health plans.

2-3 years Healthcare Payer industry experience

2-3 years working on provider focused projects

1-2 years working on value-based care initiatives

1-2 years process improvement with focus on creating templates and best practices

5-7 years of BA experience

Preferred skills:

Experience implementing a long-term provider directory solution.

Experience implementing value-based care data aggregation tools including tool selection through full implementation.
