Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is dynamic and customer focused Business Systems/IT Application Support Analyst to join a fast-growing company.


This position is a key piece of the IT support team helping to drive continued growth and support within global operations. The role will Report to the Senior IT Business Support Analysist (US). You must have prior knowledge of ensuring proper business solutions, including the creation of MI Reports, User Issues, Help in Software upgrades and that any issues are resolved within a time frame and providing a sustainable resolution.


The role would suit a candidate who is looking to work with a varied and challenging mix of off the shelf products, in-house development applications and third-party applications. You will also assist in the bug tracking, UAT and application release management and fixes into our core ERP products and be a part of the technical change management team. You will be expected to be a Team player and to assist / support users in both the US and UK (where necessary).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

Knowledge of Epicor v10+

Microsoft PowerBI

Supporting ERP Systems in an SME environment

SSRS Reporting tools

Working knowledge of macros and development/programming language such as, C#, VB and .net

Supporting Users, Team members locally and remotely when necessary

Microsoft Office 365

Good Communicator / Problem solving

Ability to follow company processes and help create new ones when required

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Ensure resolutions are achieved within company time frames.
  • Work alongside other departments to validate, identify, and repair inconsistencies in various datasets.
  • Assist in maintaining internal client satisfaction and help the Senior IT Analyst.
  • Ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues
  • Provide functional support for the business ERP system (Epicor)
  • Help Senior IT Analyst with Hardware and Software requirements including Office 365
  • Ensure delivery of any activity to the highest professional standards.
  • Ensure that effective change management control methodologies are operated.
  • Track all incidents logged on system call logging tool (Jira)
  • Take ownership of issues and escalate when required to the next level of support.
  • Help coach other Team Members as and when needed
