Business Data Analyst - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a talented Business Data Analyst to join our team! As a Business Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and use your expertise in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Access, SharePoint, and data management to contribute to the success of our company. This is a PERMANENT position working hybrid 3 days onsite in Raleigh, NC, and remote from home 2 days.

SQL Server – including writing SQL queries to route data

Dashboards, Charts, Data Management, Data Manipulation
Bachelor’s degree in Computer information systems, General Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Work to understand the business processes supported by technology systems.
Configure/code technology systems and ensure appropriate system integration with dependent solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SME’s to identify and document business training materials.
Maintain and upgrade existing technology systems.
Work with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in technology and software development processes.
2+ years experience in supporting business applications.
2+ years business systems analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.
Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes to functional and technical specifications.
Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
Functional configuration experience in one of the following: SAP/other ERP software and/or Salesforce/other CRM software.
Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL Databases and ability to write/run SQL queries a plus.
Previous experience within the consumer products industry a plus.
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to a changing environment.
Knowledge of process analysis and design preferred.
