Your Role
Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a Credit Marketing Analyst to join our team. A candidate with strong customer service and excellent written and verbal skills that can effectively manage multiple priorities.
As a member of the Credit Operations Team, the Credit Marketing Analyst will be primarily responsible for gathering data and supporting our MVC (Most Valuable Customer) marketing data, while meeting or exceeding monthly high-volume statistical goals. This position plays an active role in various other duties such as research and analysis of customer shopping history to resolve exception requests, benefit reward requests, and Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman account inquiries.
What You’ll Do
- Load Customer preferences and suppressions requests into SharePoint Database
- Research and respond to escalated customer/store inquiries
- Coordinate with management to identify departmental training and/or efficiency opportunities
- Gather data, create and load MVC requests forms into SharePoint Database
- Support additional administration and reporting ad hoc responsibilities
- Provide month to month reporting analysis on overall customer preferences and suppression completions
- Maintain and update MVC reporting matrix daily, pulling weekly reporting on department progress
- Manage thousands of requests supporting 38 stores
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Must be able to multitask and toggle between 5 different platforms
- Experience building reporting, dashboard skills are preferred
- Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis using all available resources and systems
