Overview
Role Purpose:
The Credit Analyst role is one of Finance’s main customer facing positions which supports Account Receivable function including dispute resolution and customer service. Individuals in this role are required to achieve company goals and maintain overdue %, follow up with customers via calls and email in order to ensure timely collections. Our Credit Analyst should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

The Credit Analyst role is one of Finance’s main customer facing positions which supports Account Receivable function including dispute resolution and customer service. Individuals in this role are required to achieve company goals and maintain overdue %, follow up with customers via calls and email in order to ensure timely collections. Our Credit Analyst should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • May assist with mentoring, training, and coaching of new team members within immediate team if required
  • Conducts balances and AR reconciliations with Customers in accordance with the corresponding credit policies.
  • Apply business logic to properly categorize a collection issue and resolve them in cooperation with appropriate internal departments;
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required in a positive manner;
  • Manages of a portfolio of clients, monitor and ensure the timely recovery of the accounts receivable (AR) according our policies.
  • Explain standard accounts receivable related policies and procedures to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepares various reports and communications for Account Managers, Account Directors and Finance Management team;
  • Prioritize daily tasks and collection actions to ensure the decrease of the past due balances on assigned customers’ accounts;
  • Participates in internal and external meetings with various stakeholders;
  • Performs effective debt collection activities across various HireRight and GIS entities on medium and large size customers according to company revenue segmentation via calls, emails;
  • Resolve SalesForce queue and general inbox customer inquiries
  • Analyze, review and determime the root cause of a collection issue and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Cooperates with other Hireright teams to assist set up and/or migration issues and invoice disputes;
  • Notate all actions in the accounting system;
  • Provide constant update of account status.
  • Reports any significant past due in the AR and/or any situation that could have an impact on collections.
Qualifications
Education: College education is required
Experience:
  • B2B Collections experience is advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel
  • Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments;
  • SalesForce experience is an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great follow-up and follow-through skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment with quickly changing business needs;
  • High/proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (min. C1);
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in Shared Service Center environment is an advantage
  • Solution oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Customer service experience min.6-12 months;
  • Ability to work independently and apply analytical thinking while navigating through complex matrix environments
  • Strong confidentiality standards.
