Business Application Analyst Jobs

What You’ll Do:

• Provides Tier 3 Application Support
• Provides direction to Application Analyst and IT Support regarding applications and utilization
• Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
• Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
• Owns and administers enterprise business applications with minimal direction

You Should Have::

• Required: Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
• Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in technical administration of a business application
• Preferred: Prior experience in translating business requirements into business process or technology utilization.
• Required: Prior experience with an Agency Management System (Applied Epic preferred)
• Preferred: 0-1 years of experience in business analysis with focus on managing business and technical requirements
• Preferred: Waterfall or Agile/Lean methodology prior experience
