About The Company

Our client specialises in the sale, service, parts and finance of Agricultural machinery, turf and compact construction equipment throughout the Southern Highlands region of New South Wales.

With several dealerships throughout the region, including some recent acquisitions, now is a great time to join this exciting and growing company. The next 12 months will bring new resources, improved after-market support and a focus on driving value and knowledgeable sales and service.

About The Role

Due to company expansion, we are currently looking to speak with experienced Managers to run one of their strong performing Agricultural equipment dealerships, located in Bowral, NSW.

The ideal candidate will be results driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the business as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.

At this location, you will be helping to lead a team of around 25 staff across all departments.

Automotive, Truck and other industry experienced leaders are encouraged to apply.

Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to reach out for a confidential chat.

You will be joining a team and support network that will assist you in achieving your goals.

Ideally you will have:

• Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
• Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team

An excellent remuneration package, comprising of an attractive base salary of at least $120,000 plus bonus, company vehicle and relocation assistance will be offered to the successful candidate.

About the location

The largest town in the Southern Highlands, Bowral was traditionally a rural summer retreat for the gentry of Sydney. There are still elements of this on display today, from fine manor houses to antique stores and gourmet restaurants. Bowral is around 90min drive from Sydney and less than two hours from Canberra. You can also catch a direct train from Sydney and the journey takes around two hours.
