Job Description

Mandatory experience:

Overview:

What you'll do:

  • Channel Optimization: Refine the company's presence across various online platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Brand Integration: Collaborate closely with the brand team to ensure the company's identity and stories are seamlessly integrated into our ecommerce strategies.
  • Acquisition Strategy: Champion the company's charge in scaling revenue, ensuring optimal spend, and diversifying channels to reduce over-dependency.
  • Strategic Leadership: Steer the ecommerce vision, stay attuned to market trends, and position the company as a proactive frontrunner.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless operation of our ecommerce arms, optimizing for robustness and reliability.
  • Ecommerce Platform Leadership: Architect a customer journey on our Shopify platform and global marketplaces that’s not only intuitive but also echoes the company's ethos at every touchpoint.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: As a pivotal member of the Marketing Management Team, work in sync with counterparts in Brand, Customer, Product Marketing, and Studio divisions to ensure a united front in our ecommerce and overall marketing initiatives.
  • Ecommerce Team Management: Oversee and inspire three vital arms of the company's ecommerce function: Shopify, Paid Acquisition, and Marketplaces.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Harness insights from performance metrics, converting them into actionable strategies.
  • People Leadership & Team Development: Build, guide, and nurture a world-class ecommerce division while establishing a motivating environment.

What you’ll bring

  • Ecommerce strategies cater to diverse markets and cultures.
  • Experience managing monthly spends of at least €2M in paid performance channels, effectively handling budgets and optimizing ROI for impactful results.
  • Proven experience with growing a direct-to-consumer, durable consumer goods brand
  • You generated at least 100M EUR yearly revenue at a brand where online sales is the primary channel
  • You have successfully overseen and expanded a team of at least 30 top talents.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce technologies and tools, preferably including Shopify and Amazon SellerCentral.
  • You bring a minimum of 12 years in e-commerce
  • Demonstrated success in profitably scaling business revenue by at least 50% 2 years in a row
  • You bring a minimum of 6 years managing people



What you’ll bring

  • You have successfully overseen and expanded a team of at least 15 top talents.
  • Proven experience with growing a direct-to-consumer, durable consumer goods brand
  • You bring a minimum of 10 years in e-commerce
