BOM / ECM process Specialist:
The Bill of Material and Engineering Change Management Process Specialist are part of a team responsible for the Electronic Bill of Material and Engineering Change Management processes and systems.
The team is responsible for the optimization and coordination of the Bills of Material and Engineering Change Management across multiple regions and industrial functions.
The Bill of Material and Change Management Process Specialist is considered a subject matter expert who provides technical guidance, training, organization, process, and system knowledge to engineering and other global industrial functions.
This position requires of communication and leadership competency.
The Bill of Material and Engineering Change Management Process Specialist selected candidate’s responsibilities will grow into:
1. Troubleshooting operational issues
2. Educating global users on Bill of Material and Change Management processes and systems
3. Improving the systems through benchmarking and the study of current practices
4. Working closely with industrial function and ICT partners to ensure project deliverables are met
5. Participating in business requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and supporting development work with our ICT partners
6. Monitoring and testing IT solutions before implementation to ensure requirements are met
7. Assisting with project communication
8. Writing and maintaining user documentation; and serve as a point of contact for Bill of Material global process issues.
9. Writing and maintaining training documentation for Bill of Material Systems and Engineering Change Management Systems.

Basic Qualifications

- Clear, concise, accurate communication skills both verbal and written in the English language
- Ability to productively manage change
- Process Flow Chart, RASIC and SIPOC and Process Documentation creation
- Tool Experience (such as): MS 365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access, SharePoint, Qlik Suite, etc.
